Who we are

A European supplier diversity project launched in Amsterdam in April 2022, which demonstrates corporate commitment to drive economic inclusion of ethnic minority entrepreneurs into corporate supply chains.
The sustainable value that supplier diversity brings to major corporates is exemplified by the investment, support and active participation of supplier diversity leaders from within our founding members. In raising awareness and gaining support across Europe for the business case for supplier diversity and inclusive procurement, our goal is to help European ethnic minority businesses grow and flourish.

Our ambition

In a world where we see growing socio-economic inequality, a real commitment to supplier diversity enables corporations to encourage entrepreneurship in under-served, under-represented communities which in-turn results in creating jobs, wealth, better health and education. Our mission is to help ethnic minority-owned businesses in Europe to sustain and grow by doing business with global corporations who are committed to a more diverse and inclusive supply chain.
